Rules

1. Standard rules apply plus the list below (See Rules)
2. Five runners – One per section (no support runners)
3. Runners must be members of the same running club
4. One GPS tracker per team which is transferred between runners
5. Logistical support is allowed between sections
6. Nominate a team captain. This person will be responsible for registering your team through the standard process (See Rules)
